Is the app free to use?
Yes! The core features are completely free - habit tracking, home dashboard with videos and articles, and the calculator. Premium features like Personality Types customization and the full Quantum Leap experience are available with an upgrade.
Why can't I add more than 3 work habits or 1 body/mind/learn habit?
This is intentional and based on the principles from Atomic Habits. Real transformation comes from consistency, not quantity. By limiting habits, you focus on what truly matters. Your brain needs rest between habit-building. This is a long-term vision - master a few habits deeply rather than juggling many poorly. The constraints help you prioritize and actually complete your daily tasks.
